  • When are PayU instalments available?

PayU instalments are available at selected e-shops if your purchases including shipping costs are between PLN 300 and 20,000.

  • Who provides consumer credit for purchases?

Banks or credit institutions that cooperate with PayU on the basis of separate agreements, in particular with regard to granting credit to Customers in order to enable Payments using the credit option (PayU Instalments) and deferred payments (PayU Pay Later).

  • What is the cost of the loan?

The agreement for a Standard Loan or a 0% Loan within PayU Instalments is concluded between the borrower and the Financing Organisation with which PayU S.A. cooperates and acts as an intermediary in concluding the aforementioned agreements.   • What is the return procedure for the instalment purchase?

Pursuant to Article 27. of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance or off-premises may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

  • In order to withdraw from a contract concluded in this way, the consumer sends a statement of cancellation (withdrawal from the sales contract) to the shop and returns the goods.
  • Once the formal requirements have been met and the return of the goods has been accepted, the shop makes a refund (partial or full) to PayU via the PayU System of the loan funds with which the buyer financed the purchase.
  • PayU then transfers the funds from the refund directly to the lender with whom the Buyer has concluded the loan agreement.
  • PayU will each time inform the Buyer (by e-mail) of a recorded return, together with details of the return and the instalment payment to which the return related.
  • In order to ensure the proper handling of the loan agreement after repayment, including the submission of an instruction to withdraw or make an early repayment, the buyer should always contact the lender directly.



Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance shall not be granted to the Buyer in respect of the contracts specified in this article, including, inter alia, the Buyer entering into a contract for the purchase of tickets for entertainment, sports or cultural events off-premises or at a distance.

  • What happens if I do not get a loan?

Your purchase will not be completed if the lender does not grant you a loan or if, after receiving a positive credit decision, you do not follow the next steps of verifying your identity and approving the terms of the loan agreement with the SMS code you receive.

To complete your purchase, you can return to the shop and select another form of payment.
