Very good quality filtering device, Vorel ash separator. After connecting to a vacuum cleaner, it plays the role of a filter stopping the pollution remaining in the hearth. Perfect for cleaning the fireplace. It is equipped with a PET filter fixed in a plastic basket. The 18L metal tank can be cleaned very quickly thanks to the use of 2 clamps. The kit also includes a flexible 1m long hose made of galvanized steel. It ends with an aluminum tip 23cm long and a diameter of 38mm. Possibility to connect a vacuum cleaner equipped with a hose with a diameter of max 34mm. The ash separator is used to cleanse fireplaces, ted grill from cold, dry ash. Thanks to the capacious tank, a flexible snake, it is possible to reach hard to reach places and clean them thoroughly. The separator is equipped with a replaceable air filter. The separator is designed for dry work. It is forbidden to pull water, wet ash or other wet waste. Check the tank, empty it from waste if necessary. Check the gasket under the tank cover, clean it with a soft slightly damp cloth if necessary. Do not use solvents for cleaning the seal. A well -cleaned gasket provides a tight connection between the lid and tank, and thus more effective operation of the device. Check the condition of the filter, in the event of dirt, clean it with a compressed air stream with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa. If the pollution cannot be removed from the filter, it should be replaced with a new one. Connect the flexible hose to the inlet opening. Connect the suction tip to the free end of the hose. The temperature of the waste drawn by the separator may not exceed 40 degrees C. After work, the vacuum cleaner should proceed. After each use, check the tank, cover gasket and air filter. Clean the separator from the outside with a compressed air stream with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa. Particular attention should be paid to the patency of ventilation holes, both inlet and outlet. If necessary, clean with a compressed air stream with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa.
