SPRAY GUN WITH FLUID CUP, HVLP 0.6L, 1.5 MM
The spray gun is used to perform paint work. The factor necessary for the proper operation of the gun is compressed air. Paint from the gun tank and compressed air supplied to the gun, form a mixture of paint particles and air at the outlet of the gun nozzle.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Getting started
Using a wrench, tighten the nozzle. Check the tightness and reliability of the connections of the compressed air supply system. Blow out the supply hose with air, before connecting it to the system. Before using the gun, make sure that it has been properly cleaned and maintained. Make sure that the coating material tank has been connected in a way that ensures proper tightness.
Adjusting the width of the spray jet
Changing the width and shape of the spray jet can be achieved by rotating the air nozzle. The shape of the spray jet can be infinitely adjusted from flat to round as needed. The coating material quantity adjustment knob sets the amount of coating material delivered to the air stream. On the other hand, the spray adjustment knob sets the intensity of the coating material-air mixture. It is recommended to adjust the mixture stream to get as small particles of coating material as possible, this will ensure better distribution of coating material on the surface.
Working with the gun
When using the gun, keep the distance between the gun outlet and the surface to be coated between 10 and 15 cm. Try to guide the gun outlet perpendicular to the surface to be coated. Avoid curved movements, they will cause uneven distribution of the coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin layers than one thick one.
Adjustment of air flow
Depending on the type of coating material, select the amount of compressed air by adjusting the air pressure control knob.
Replacing the nozzle
Make sure to replace the entire nozzle set. The set includes, coating material nozzle, needle and air nozzle.
Needle seal
During operation, check the tightness of the firing pin seal. In case of significant wear, the seal should be replaced during periodic inspection of the gun using a wrench to remove the seal assembly
Cleaning and maintenance
After finishing work, disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the tool tank of any remaining coating material. Thoroughly clean the tank of any remaining coating material. Carefully clean the entire transfer path of the coating material. Inaccurate cleaning will reduce the performance of the coating material stream. Clean the air nozzle with a brush dipped in solvent. Never immerse the entire gun in solvent. Never clean clogged orifices using hard objects because even slight internal damage can adversely affect the spray jet parameters. After washing the gun, apply a small amount of lubricant to the moving parts of the seals. Tighten the nozzle of the coating material to such an extent as to avoid leaks, and at the same time ensure smooth movement of the needle.
