DIGITAL UNIVERSAL MULTIMETER
- Kompaktowy cyfrowy miernik uniwersalny (multimetr) Vorel 81783. Multimetr posiada obudowę z tworzywa sztucznego, a także silikonową osłonę (holster), która zwiększa odporność na upadki i wstrząsy. Obudowa posiada wbudowaną podpórkę, która umożliwia postaw
Universal meter 81783 with manual range for each measurement allows for basic and advanced electrical measurements. An additional protection against mechanical damage is the so-called holster - a rubber cover stretched over the device housing.
Basic measurements:
- measurement of alternating voltage: A.C. 0-600 V
- measurement of direct voltage: D.C. 0-600 V
- measurement of alternating current intensity: A.C. 0-10 A
- measurement of direct current intensity: D.C. 0-10 A
- resistance measurement: 0-200 MΩ
- diode test: IF 1 mA, UR 2.8 V
- circuit continuity test: 0-30 Ω
Additional measurements:
- measurement of capacitor capacity: 0-20 μF
- transistor hFe test: 0-1000, built-in measuring socket
Measurement accuracy:
Example of determining accuracy for the measurement of alternating current voltage AC. Calculations for the measurement result: 235 V
- the accuracy of meter 81783 for this range is: ±(1.2% + 5), resolution 1 V
- error calculation formula: (measurement result x 1.2%) + 5 x resolution
- calculations: (235 x 1.2%) + 5 x 1 = 2.82 + 5 = 7.82 V
Result considering the measurement error for reading 235 V = 235 ± 7.82 V*
- result considering the measurement error for reading direct voltage measurement: 12 V = 12 ± 0.08
- result considering the measurement error for reading alternating current intensity measurement: 8A = 8 ± 0.26 A*
The table with resolution and accuracy for a given measurement can be found in the user manual.
*Meter 81783 does not have true rms measurement function, so the above result is the real effective value of AC voltage only for a correct sinusoidal waveform.
Built-in functions:
- DATA HOLD - maintaining the currently measured value on the display
Additional information:
- LCD display, maximum displayed result: 1999
- audible signal in circuit continuity test for resistance below 30 Ω
- automatic switching from diode test to continuity test for circuit resistance below 30 Ω (no possibility to set the meter only to diode test)
- includes measurement probes
- construction with overload protection
- ABS housing + holster, i.e. rubber housing protecting the meter from mechanical damage
- automatic meter shutdown
- low battery indicator
- power supply: 9 V battery (6F22)

Attention!
When measuring unknown values using a meter with manual range change using a dial, measurements should be performed sequentially from the largest range to the range that gives the most accurate result - otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the device.
