Universal meter 81784 with manual range for each measurement allows for basic and advanced electrical measurements. Built-in additional measuring sockets facilitate measurements of capacitors and transistors, among others. An additional protection against mechanical damage is the so-called holster - a rubber cover stretched over the device housing.

- meter 81784 accuracy for this range is: ±(1.2% + 5), resolution 1 V
- measurement error calculation formula: (measurement result x 1.2%) + 5 x resolution
- calculations: (235 x 1.2%) + 5 x 1 = 2.82 + 5 = 7.82 V
Result considering measurement error for indication 235 V = 235 ± 7.82 V*
- result considering measurement error for indication of direct voltage measurement: 12 V = 12 ± 0.08 V
- result considering measurement error for indication of alternating current intensity measurement: 8 A = 8 ± 0.26 A*

*Meter 81784 does not have true rms measurement function, so the above result is the real effective value of AC voltage only for a correct sinusoidal waveform.
