GAS TORCH WITH PIEZO

Gas burner 73412 with PIEZO ignition. It is supplied with butane gas from an external cylinder - according to EN417 standard. Cylinder connection for TWIST type burner.
The burner with power of 1.3 kW allows to reach temperature of 1300°C. Gas consumption of 96 g/h. The burner has adjustable flame power.
Purpose:
Jewelry work, handicrafts, model making, gastronomy, and household applications:
- firing of small metal or wooden surfaces
- firing of fireplaces, grills, stoves
- heat bending and forming
- heat bending and forming . heat welding and bonding
- removal of baked screws
- heating and thawing
- shrinking of heat shrinkable materials
Installation of gas container
The panic is adapted only to EN 417-compliant containers equipped with a non-threaded quick-connection with a cutout in the mounting flange. It is forbidden to connect tanks with other type of attachment and tanks that do not comply with EN 417.
Panic
- Close the gas valve, to do this, turn the regulator knob as far as it will go in the direction marked "-".
- Make sure that the burner connection gasket is not damaged or worn out.
- Turn the gas connection so that the plastic ring plates are between the metal parts of the connection.
- Connect the tank to the burner so that the protrusion of the gas connection hits the notch of the tank flange. Then press the tank to the burner and turn it clockwise to the stop





Usage warnings:
Direct pressure category - propane-butane.The device should be used only with disposable containers containing technical gas, which is a mixture of propane and butane, equipped with a non-threaded, self-sealing quick connector with a cutout in the mounting flange.
Gas containers must comply with EN 417.
Use only in well-ventilated areas.

Make connections or changes to containers in a flameless or ignition-free atmosphere, away from bystanders.
Be careful, because the metal parts of the burner have been heated during operation. Leave to cool down.
