Inductive voltage próbnik YT-28313 enables detection of alternating voltage in electric wires in two ranges of 48-1000V and 12-1000V, as well as detection of a break in a live wire. The elimination of direct contact between the blade and the isolated wire increases the safety of use. Voltage detection is indicated by an LED and an audible signal.

INDUCTIVE METHOD
The YT-28313 blade uses the occurrence of electromagnetic induction phenomenon. Bringing the blade close to a live AC wire or near the expected location of the wire in the wall, the green LED will pulse and a sound pulse will be emitted. The higher the intensity of the electromagnetic field, the higher the pulsing frequency. This method also allows „contactless” detection of a break in a live electric wire. At the point of the break, the tester will stop signaling the presence of voltage. Pressing the button marked "S" increases the sensitivity of the próbnik extending its range.
