IK07 - IK is a classification of mechanical resistance as defined in EN 62262 and IEC 62262:2002. The higher the numerical value on a scale of 0-10 , the higher the level of resistance. IK07 means resistance to an impact with an energy of 2J (in practice, an impact of a hammer weighing 0.5kg from a height of 40cm.
