The product can be used as a grill, in which case the top of the grill chamber should be removed, and the lid should be placed directly on the lower chamber.
When using the product for steaming or as a smoker, use both parts of the grill chamber and the lid. Put kindling in the lower bowl and smoking wood on the grate of the bowl. The wood must not burn only emit smoke, so soak it beforehand or use a ready-made commercially available product. If the wood is cut into too small pieces, it should be placed on foil or aluminum trays. Place a bowl on the top hooks and fill it with water, to which you can add herbs for flavor. The water in the upper bowl will prevent the food from drying out during smoking. On the bowl, place the grate on which the food to be steamed will be placed.
